JOB OVERVIEW

Seeking a Customer Service Advisor with strong verbal and written communication skills, a collaborative mindset, self-confidence, assertiveness, and an excellent problem-solver to provide personalized support to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. This role involves interacting with customers through various channels such as phone, email, and chat while maintaining professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, or account issues in a timely and courteous manner.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints or escalate complex issues to appropriate departments.
• Process refunds and cancellations accurately.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in company systems.
• Collaborate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and other departments to improve customer satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and empathy.
• Proficiency in using customer service software, phone systems, and basic computer applications.
• Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required.

Work Environment:
• Full-time, Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm, Work-From-Home
• Weekly base salary, bonus opportunities, and 14 PTO credits
