4-8 hours daily (split into two sessions)

The Role
We are looking for a Customer Service Agent who will be fully responsible for handling our customer service inquiries. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a smooth and professional experience when dealing with inquiries, issues, and disputes.
This is a part-time, remote role, requiring 4-8 hours per day, split into two sessions, and availability on weekends.

Key Responsibilities

Responding to customer inquiries and support tickets.
Handling refund requests, disputes, and complaints efficiently.
Writing clear and professional emails with the help of ChatGPT when needed.
Using autonomy and problem-solving skills to tackle unknown cases.
Working closely with management to improve customer experience.
Keeping track of customer service metrics such as dispute rates and refund ratios.
What We’re Looking For

Strong English communication skills – must be able to write professional emails.
Self-starter with autonomy – ability to work independently and solve issues proactively.
Reliable and responsive – available at two different times per day for quick replies.
Startup mentality – adaptable, eager to grow, and committed to the company’s success.
Basic understanding of e-commerce and order fulfillment (preferred but not required).
Available for 4-8 hours per day, split into two sessions, with weekend availability.
