JOB OVERVIEW

Ambedo Holdings LLC is looking for a highly skilled and proactive Virtual Assistant to help manage daily operations across our Airbnb property management business and cleaning company. This role requires someone with strong experience in short-term rental management, guest communication, cleaning operations, financial tracking, and business outreach.

The ideal candidate should be organized, tech-savvy, independent, and capable of problem-solving without constant supervision. If you have experience managing multiple properties, coordinating cleaners, handling guest issues, cold calling potential clients, and using platforms like Hostfully, Guesty for Hosts, PriceLabs, and QuickBooks, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

???? Airbnb & Short-Term Rental Management
• Manage multiple Airbnb listings and adjust pricing using PriceLabs.
• Respond to guest inquiries, booking requests, and complaints professionally.
• Schedule cleaners for turnover cleanings and ensure properties are guest-ready.
• Call Airbnb and dispute penalties, claims, and guest complaints.
• Inspect listings for accuracy, pricing adjustments, and guest reviews.

???? Cleaning Business Operations & Client Outreach
• Manage cleaner schedules and assignments to ensure jobs are completed on time.
• Handle client communication, outreach, and follow-ups to secure new cleaning contracts.
• Cold call and email potential Airbnb hosts, real estate agents, and property managers.
• Respond to inquiries from landlords, Airbnb hosts, and commercial cleaning clients.
• Ensure cleaning quality control by reviewing photos/videos submitted by cleaners.

???? Financial & Administrative Tasks
• Use QuickBooks to track income, expenses, invoices, and payroll.
• Create weekly and monthly performance reports for both businesses.
• Manage VoIP systems to make and receive calls professionally.
• Maintain a company schedule, plan meetings, and organize data.
• Identify and implement efficiency improvements across both businesses.

Qualifications & Requirements:

? 3+ years of experience in Airbnb/short-term rental & cleaning business management.
? Strong knowledge of Hostfully, Guesty for Hosts, PriceLabs, QuickBooks, and VoIP systems.
? Experience in cold calling, emailing, and client outreach (sales experience is a plus).
? Ability to coordinate cleaners, resolve disputes, and ensure operational efficiency.
? Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
? Experience with Airbnb policies, guest resolutions, and dispute handling.
? Tech-savvy and adaptable to new systems and processes.

Job Details:
• Position: Full-Time / Part-Time (Flexible, as needed).
• Work Hours: Remote, must be available during business hours & emergencies.
• Compensation: Competitive, based on experience and skills.
