Summary: We are currently looking for a sales/home care coordinator to become a part of our growing team. In this role, the successful candidate possesses excellent communication, strong decision-making skills, and time management skills. The care coordinator is required to work directly with clients and caregivers to support the daily operation of the agency.
Candidates must have sales experience and be comfortable talking to prospects and clients.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Answer prospect phone calls and following up with leads
• Schedule phone assessments for incoming prospective client callers
• Follow up with potential clients via phone or
• Verifying caregivers' clock in and out on time
• Adjusting the schedule based on call outs, time off requests and changes made by the client
• Creating new client profiles including care plans and inputting notes
• Responsible for scheduling and assigning caregiver to meet the client’s needs
• Prepare caregivers for new shift assignments
• Answer phones and direct calls
• Call caregivers weekly to check-in, keep warm, discuss changes to availability, etc.
• Answer questions and provide solutions for clients and caregivers
• Read, input and modify client and caregiver information in database as needed
• Perform miscellaneous duties and services as extended office support in all areas
• Handle all caregiver inquiries/questions/requests etc.
• Must maintain accurate and up-to-date schedules for caregivers
• Make recommendations for one's care plan and coordinate with others in the community as appropriate
• Support sales division initiatives with duties connected to their efforts in collaboration with referral sources.

Schedule: Fully remote; Eastern Standard Time:
Fridays: 1p-9p
Saturdays: 7a-9p
Sundays 7a-9p
Mondays 9a-5p
Qualifications:
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
• College degree
• Proven experience in sales and customer service
• Proven experience in healthcare/home care coordination
• Extremely organized and detail oriented
• Ability to work independently and make decisions
• Ability to multitask
