Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Virtual Assistant - Home Care Agency Marketer to support our agency’s growth. This role focuses on digital marketing, social media management, content creation, and lead generation to increase brand awareness and attract potential clients and caregivers. Must be able to speak and write very good English.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage social media content
Create engaging blog posts,
Implement SEO strategies to improve website traffic.
Run paid ad campaigns on social media and Google Ads.
Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to optimize performance.
Network with local businesses, referral sources, and online communities.
Coordinate virtual events, webinars, and community outreach.
Qualifications:
Experience in digital marketing, social media management, or healthcare marketing.
Strong writing and graphic design skills.
Proficiency in Canva, Mailchimp, WordPress, and Google Ads.
Ability to track analytics and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
Knowledge of home care industry marketing trends is a plus.
Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely.
Preferred:
Experience marketing for a home care agency or healthcare business.
Background in lead generation and client outreach.
Familiarity with HIPAA compliance in digital marketing.
Hours may vary from 15 hrs- 32 hrs / week
