We are looking for a highly skilled recruiter (or agency) specialized in sourcing top-tier talent for executive, managerial, and strategic roles in the Philippines.
We hire 8-10 people per year.
We need a proactive, results-driven recruiter to identify, attract, and assess the best candidates.
**What you’ll do**
• Find and engage A-Players for executive, leadership, and specialized roles based on a position profile document we provide.
• Source talent efficiently using job boards, professional networks, and direct outreach on LinkedIn.
• Screen and qualify candidates through structured assessments and initial interviews.
• Optimize job descriptions & consult on ideal compensation to attract the right professionals.
• Manage the hiring pipeline and ensure smooth coordination with hiring managers.
**What we’re looking for**
• Proven experience in recruiting executive-level talent in the Philippines (knowing where to find them).
• Expertise in leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter Professional, job boards, and professional networks for targeted sourcing.
• Skilled in Boolean search functions to precisely identify and engage passive candidates.
• Proficiency in personalizing cold outreach to maximize response rates.
• Strong competency in structured screening, evaluation, and assessment methods.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage pipelines efficiently.
• Data-driven approach to tracking and optimizing hiring success.
• **Must have a LinkedIn Recruiter Professional plan.**
