We are looking for a Google Ads Campaign Builder to create, optimize, and manage lead generation campaigns. This role is perfect for a problem-solver who takes initiative, meets deadlines, and thrives in a fast-paced agency environment.

Responsibilities
? Build, launch, and optimize high-performing Google Ads campaigns for lead generation
? Set up and manage campaigns using Contractor Boost AI (CBA), our proprietary lead generation system
? Write engaging, conversion-focused ad copy that drives results
? Collaborate with other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and contractors to ensure campaign success
? Troubleshoot campaign performance issues and implement solutions
? Stay up-to-date on Google Ads best practices and industry trends
? Manage tasks and deadlines using ClickUp or similar project management tools
? Communicate effectively through Slack or other collaboration platforms
Required Skills & Experience
? 1-2 years of experience building and managing Google Ads campaigns
? Lead generation experience (required)
? Strong copywriting skills for ad creatives
? Experience with Contractor Boost AI (CBA) or willingness to learn
? Familiarity with GoHighLevel for managing lead generation workflows
? Ability to problem-solve, take initiative, and work independently
? Fluent in English (written & spoken) for clear communication
? Experience using ClickUp or similar task management tools


Preferred Qualifications
? Experience running lead generation campaigns in the Roofing Industry
? Understanding of Google Ads policies and best practices for home services
? Prior agency experience working with multiple accounts
