We seek a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting a health insurance broker by managing appointments, making outbound calls to set up appointments, answering calls, responding to emails, and providing exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong customer service background, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This position is part-time 4hrs a day and will turn into a full-time position with the opportunity for greater pay and room for advancement.
