Virtuel assistens as a property manager

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Rental Operations Assistant who is experienced with the Guesty platform to help manage six centrally located apartments in Copenhagen.


???? Your main responsibilities will include:

- Handling guest communication through Guesty (check-in/check-out, questions, and support)
- Ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process
- Coordinating and following up on cleaning schedules to ensure high standards
- Monitoring guest reviews and assisting with any necessary follow-ups
- Notifying us of any issues or irregularities with the apartments

? You are someone who:

- Has experience using Guesty (required)
- Communicates clearly, professionally, and with a warm tone
- Is highly responsive and can manage multiple conversations at once
- Is proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused
- Ideally has some flexibility for weekend or evening support

We manage **6 fully furnished short-term rental apartments** located in the heart of Copenhagen. Our goal is to provide a seamless and warm guest experience from booking to check-out.
