Marketing and Virtual Assistant

I’m looking for a creative, motivated self-starter to join me as a freelance assistant in the women’s formal wear industry. We sell bridal, prom, quinceañera, mother of the bride (MOB), and bridesmaid gowns to stores across the U.S. This role is a mix of marketing/graphic design and virtual assistant tasks — perfect for someone organized, resourceful, and creative.

- Primary Responsibilities:
• Create flyers, graphics, and marketing materials for current customers (experience with Canva, Adobe, or similar tools is a plus)
• Research and find new potential customers in my sales territory (most of the U.S.)
• Assist with virtual assistant tasks such as light data entry, appointment setting, email follow-ups, and general organization


- Ideal Candidate:
• Creative and detail-oriented
• Strong communication skills
• Able to juggle marketing projects and VA tasks
• Comfortable doing online research and outreach
• Proficient in Canva, Adobe, or similar design tools (or willing to learn quickly)
• Prior VA or fashion experience is a bonus, but not required
