Virtual Graphic Designer (Packaging, Branding & Marketing) – Remote

A UK-based creative agency specialising in packaging design, branding, and marketing activation for consumer goods brands. We’re looking for a talented Virtual Graphic Designer to support our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in packaging design, branding, and marketing materials, with an eye for detail and a proactive approach to collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Packaging Design – Develop visually appealing and functional packaging for consumer goods.

Branding & Identity – Create logos, brand guidelines, and visual identities for new and existing brands.

Marketing Activation Design – Design assets for marketing campaigns, including social media graphics, digital ads, and trade event materials.

Print & Digital Marketing Materials – Work on brochures, posters, point-of-sale displays, and other promotional content.

(Optional) Website Design – Basic or Advanced skills in Wordpress & Elementor, assist in website layouts and UI/UX improvements.

Collaboration & Feedback – Work closely with the team to refine designs based on feedback and project requirements.

What We’re Looking For

Experience – At least 5+ years in graphic design, with packaging and branding experience.

Software Skills – Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (please do not apply if you're experienced in Adobe Illustrator), Photoshop, InDesign.

Portfolio – A strong portfolio showcasing packaging, branding, and marketing materials - focused on western style modern brands.

Communication – Good written and spoken English for remote collaboration.

Time Management – Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Attention to Detail – A keen eye for layout, typography, and brand consistency.

Working Arrangement

Remote & Flexible – Work from anywhere in the Philippines with flexible hours. To start with we would like you to align more closely with UK hours to be available for training meetings on processes, development and projects. As your experience with us extends and you're more integrated with our way of working this can become more flexible.

Project-Based – Work on a freelance basis, with regular work to cover the amount of agreed hours.

Hours - Starting at 30 hours per week, and could increase to 40 hours.

The salary is listed as $800 per month for a 40-hour week, but we are open to negotiation based on your experience and the value you can bring.
