Full-Time Ecommerce Growth Specialist (Right-Hand to Founder) – Long-Term Role

We are a 7-figure supplement brand, active in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Germany. Our goal is to scale to the next level and build rock-solid systems and operations that create consistent results.

We’re looking for a full-time right-hand to the founder – someone who is eager to learn, grow, and commit for the long term. This is not just an execution role.

You will learn the business from A to Z, gaining hands-on experience in all aspects of operations, marketing, and growth. As we scale, you will take on more responsibilities, including onboarding, training, and managing new teaUpgrade to see actual infombers (such as designers, editors, and customer support). We need someone who is always learning, thinking ahead, and finding ways to optimize and scale the business.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Create & edit image and video ads (CapCut, Canva)
- Optimize our website to increase conversion rates (Shopify)
- Research competitors & spot market trends
- Set up high-converting offers & landing pages
- Manage Facebook Ads & media buying
- Work with AI tools to improve efficiency
- Develop SOPs & systems to streamline operations
- Handle customer support in the beginning (to better understand our audience)
- Train & onboard future teaUpgrade to see actual infombers (designers, editors, customer support, etc.)

- Experience with Facebook Ads & Shopify

- Bonus: Google Ads & email marketing experience
