About the Role

We are a fast-growing real estate investment company looking for a Lead Coordinator Department Manager to oversee and actively participate in our lead management and appointment-setting operations.
This role requires a strong leader who will also be on the phones—setting appointments, refining our lead process, and coaching a team to success.

What You’ll Do:

???? Lead & Manage the Team – Train, coach, and oversee appointment setters & lead managers to maximize performance.
???? Take Calls & Set Appointments – You’ll be actively engaging leads via phone, text, and email to qualify and book appointments.
???? Optimize Processes – Refine scripts, improve objection handling, and implement better workflows.
???? CRM & Data Management – Ensure Salesforce is updated and used effectively to track leads and performance.
???? Monitor KPIs & Reporting – Analyze response times, appointment set rates, and conversion rates to improve results.
???? Collaborate with Marketing & Sales – Work closely with the acquisitions and marketing teams to improve lead quality and closing rates.
???? Drive Results – Push for higher efficiency, better conversion rates, and an optimized lead flow.

Preferred Experience:
? 3+ years in lead management, sales, or inside sales (real estate experience is a plus).
? Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
? Track record of successfully coaching and managing teams.
