E-commerce Product Research Specialist

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant (VA) with experience in e-commerce product research. Your primary responsibility will be to identify winning products that have high demand, strong profitability, and emotional buying triggers. You will use market research tools, analyze trends, and provide data-driven insights to help us scale our e-commerce business.
? Conduct in-depth product research using tools like Google Trends, Amazon Best Sellers, TikTok Trends, AliExpress, and Dropship Spy.
? Analyze market demand, competition, and profit margins to identify high-potential products.
? Provide a detailed weekly report with winning product recommendations, including pricing, target audience, competitor analysis, and potential marketing angles.
? Research and vet suppliers on Alibaba, AliExpress, and private-label manufacturers for quality, pricing, and shipping efficiency.
? Identify trending social media products and viral niches to capitalize on demand.
? Track and monitor competitor stores, pricing strategies, and product launches.
? Collaborate with the marketing team to suggest best-selling product angles and ad creatives.

Qualifications & Requirements:
? 1+ years of experience in e-commerce product research, dropshipping, or private labeling.
? Strong analytical and research skills, with data-driven decision-making ability.
? Familiarity with product research tools like Ecomhunt, Niche Scraper, and Jungle Scout is a plus.
? Ability to spot trends and emotional triggers that drive impulse purchases.
? Experience with Shopify, Amazon FBA, or other e-commerce platforms is a plus.
? Strong communication and reporting skills – must provide detailed insights, not just raw data.
? Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines without micromanagement.
