E-commerce Creative Supervisor (Remote, Filipina Talent Wanted!)

Hours: 9 AM–6 PM, Mon-Fri (PH Time)

Location: Work from Home – Anywhere in the PH!

Pay: 4-5usd (subject to the experience)

Tara na, Filipina pros! We’re an e-commerce brand selling gadgets and beauty products, and we need a creative supervisor with 2–3 years’ experience to build our team and design videos. Love TikTok and managing creatives? This is for you!

What You’ll Do:
- Recruit 3–5 creatives (video editors, copywriters, content creators) via OnlineJobs.ph or FB groups.
- Review their work—videos, ad copy, social posts—to keep quality high.
- Design videos & graphics for TikTok, FB, and YouTube that sell our brand.
- Report to our Creative Manager with updates.

You’re a Fit If:
- You’ve got 2–3 years in digital marketing or creative work.
- You can edit/design videos (portfolio required).
- You’ve hired or managed creatives (even small teams).
- You know TikTok, FB, or YouTube trends.
