About the Position:
We're seeking a detail-oriented Financial and Office Management Assistant to help HVAC business owners manage their finances effectively while providing remote support to our U.S.-based HVAC office managers.

The ideal candidate will help log and categorize expenses, set up charts of accounts, and generate basic financial reports. Additionally, they will process administrative tasks, manage documentation, and assist with customer service functions for small HVAC businesses across the United States, allowing our office managers to focus on higher-level strategic support.

Responsibilities:
• Set up and maintain charts of accounts tailored to HVAC businesses
• Log and categorize expenses to ensure accurate financial tracking
• Generate basic FP&A reports, providing insights into revenue, expenses, and profitability
• Assist office managers with administrative tasks and documentation
• Maintain accurate records and follow established procedures
• Coordinate with U.S.-based office managers to ensure smooth workflow
• Assist office managers with administrative tasks and documentation
• Support customer service initiatives as needed

Requirements:
• Excellent English communication skills: verbal, written, and reading is a MUST
• Previous work experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance is a MUST
• Previous work experience in administrative support is a MUST
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for financial tracking and reporting is a MUST
• Have strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Be tech-savvy and quick to learn new software platforms
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy
• Enjoy both bookkeeping and administrative work and helping business grow
• Familiarity with bookkeeping for the HVAC trade is an ADVANTAGE

Work Schedule
• This is a full-time position in a work-from-home setup. You will be working 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, following the US Time zone.
