What You’ll Do
Edit high-retention YouTube content
Create both long-form and short-form videos that captivate and convert.
Use jump cuts, pacing, VFX, and storytelling techniques to maximize watch time.
Repurpose long-form videos into engaging Shorts, Reels, and TikToks.

Optimize for YouTube Growth
Edit with audience retention in mind—hook viewers and keep them watching.
Apply motion graphics, dynamic cuts, and animations to enhance engagement.
Work closely with the team to experiment, analyze, and refine content for higher performance.

Master the Tools of the Trade
Use Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, or CapCut to create industry-level edits.
Implement VFX, color grading, sound design, and AI-enhanced tools to elevate video quality.

Bonus Points If You
Have proven experience editing for YouTube creators with a track record of high-retention videos.
Understand YouTube SEO, algorithm triggers, and audience psychology.
