AMZN Product Research - OUTREACH - Team Member

Our company is building an e-commerce team grounded in faith, hard work, and a passion for excellence. We're searching for a skilled Head Virtual Assistant who shares our values—a reliable, positive leader who trusts in God and takes initiative. If you have experience in e-commerce or managing teams, love connecting with people, and thrive on getting things done, we’d be happy to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
- Be the backbone of our e-commerce operations, handling phone calls and emails with NEW SUPPLIER OUTREACH
- Support and potentially guide a small team of VAs or staff, keeping everything running smoothly.
- Excel or Coding Experience is highly valued and looked for
- Create creative solutions and take ownership of tasks to help us grow. We are looking for people who think and use their brain
- Communicate clearly and professionally with the team and daily reports to the Head USA Manager

Who You Are:
- A hard worker— Hard work gets paid well
- Functional Laptop or Computer—A functional
- Fluent in English—your words shine in emails and light up phone calls.
- Able to work in USA TIMEZONE-- you will be working in EST, eastern time zone, from 7:00 am-3 pm
- Experienced in e-commerce or team management— Have you managed a team before?
- Someone with a positive attitude that lifts others—rooted in a trust in God’s plan.
- Natural initiator—you see what needs doing/improvement and make it happen.
