We’re assembling a powerhouse team of creative video editors for upcoming projects! This isn’t a full-time position—it’s an opportunity to be part of an exclusive talent pool and get consistent, high-quality editing gigs. If you have a knack for high-retention, short-form content that stops the scroll and keeps viewers hooked, we want to hear from you!
Rate: $20 per edit (Potential increase to $30 for exceptional work)
Workload: 10-15 videos per month (Varies based on quality and availability)
Responsibilities:
Edit short-form videos (30-90 seconds) with high engagement focus
Apply attention-grabbing visuals, captions, and effects
Follow brand guidelines while bringing creativity to edits
Ensure fast turnaround times (within 48-72 hours per edit)
Receive feedback and revise as needed
What We’re Looking For:
Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, After Effects, etc.)
Strong understanding of storytelling and audience retention
Ability to create visually compelling edits that hold attention
Skilled in text animations, jump cuts, subtitles, zoom-ins, and fast-paced editing
Familiarity with social media trends (TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts)
Strong sense of timing and pacing
Ability to cut down long-form content into engaging short-form clips
