JOB OVERVIEW

We are a stock market education company that is looking for a Social Media Marketing Specialist to drive brand awareness, engage our audience, and grow our online presence across multiple platforms. Job Responsibilities include:

Content Strategy & Creation

Develop and execute a social media content plan focused on engaging traders and investors.
Create and publish daily social media posts, graphics, short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, Meta)
Write compelling captions, tweets, and posts that educate, inform, and entertain traders.

Social Media Management

Manage and grow our presence on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Meta.
Monitor engagement, reply to comments/messages, and interact with the stock trading community.
Stay on top of market trends and breaking news to create timely, relevant content.

Brand Growth & Audience Engagement

Implement strategies to increase followers, engagement, and conversions.
Run polls, Q&As, and live sessions to encourage community interaction.
Work with influencers, traders, and financial educators for collaborations & partnerships.


Email
Marketing Duties:

Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to engage, nurture, and convert leads.
Create compelling email content, including subject lines, copy, and CTAs, to drive engagement.
Segment email lists for targeted messaging and personalization.
Monitor email performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and optimize campaigns accordingly.

Social Marketing Video Editing Duties:

Edit engaging short-form and long-form videos for social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram Reels, TikTok, Meta).
Add captions, transitions, effects, and branding elements to enhance video quality.
Optimize videos for different platform requirements and audience engagement.

Analytics & Performance Tracking

Track and analyze key social media metrics (reach, engagement, conversions).
Optimize content strategy based on data-driven insights.
Provide monthly reports with recommendations for growth.

Plan and execute social media ad campaigns to drive leads and course sign-ups.
A/B test creatives and copy to improve ad performance.

Requirements & Qualifications

Passion for Stock Market & Trading – You don’t need to be a pro trader, but you should have an interest in trading!

Proven Experience in Social Media Marketing (3-5 years) – Preferably in finance, education, or trading industry.

Content Creation Skills – Experience with Canva, Photoshop, or editing tools

Strong Copywriting Skills – Ability to write engaging, clear, and educational posts.

Familiarity with Trading & Financial Markets is a BIG PLUS

Knowledge of Social Media Trends & Algorithms – Understanding how to grow organically

Basic Video Editing Skills – Ability to create and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).

Ability to Work Independently & Meet Deadlines – Self-motivated and proactive.
