Job Title: Senior Video Editor with Animation Skills
About the Company: Canada Based company - offers accredited, online continuing medical education (CME) courses for physicians, pharmacists, nurses and other healthcare practitioners.

Employment Type: Full Time / 40 Hours per week, Eastern Standard Time (Canada Time)

Basic Skills Required:
-Expert level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Final Cut Pro
-Strong command of other Adobe Creative Suite tools (Illustrator, Photoshop)
-Understanding of video formats, codecs, and compression
-Ability to edit and sync audio, add music, graphics, and sound effects
-Experience with motion graphics and transitions
-Strong organizational and time-management skills
-Ability to work under tight deadlines and take feedback constructively

Key Responsibilities
-Video Editing & Production:
-Edit videos as required
-Add bumpers and branding
-Add animations and graphics as needed
-Ensure accuracy of video captions
-Suggest ways to elevate video content
-Manage multiple video and animation projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality
-Work collaboratively to prioritize tasks and troubleshoot creative challenges

Qualifications /Experience:

-5+ years of professional experience in video editing and animation, with a strong portfolio in medical, educational, or e-learning content.
-Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or a related industry.
-Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a data-driven mindset.
-Extensive experience working remotely and collaborating with international clients across different time zones, ensuring smooth project execution and delivery.
-Skilled at managing cross-cultural communication and delivering tailored solutions to meet the needs of global audiences.
