Position Overview

We’re seeking a Full-Stack Software Developer with a versatile skill set across frontend, backend, DevOps, and mobile app development. With expertise in Python, Next.js, React Native, AWS services, and an aptitude for databases and DevOps, you’ll play a key role in building and optimizing our client’s tech platform.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain scalable and efficient backend services using Python and AWS.
Design, implement, and refine frontend interfaces using Next.js, ensuring a seamless user experience across devices.
Create and optimize mobile applications with React Native.
Establish and maintain effective DevOps practices, integrating automated testing within CI/CD pipelines to ensure performance, security, and reliability.
Identify and implement AI solutions to enhance platform functionality and personalize user interactions.
Work directly with the CTO and product team to embed the latest AI models and data analytics.
Design, maintain, and optimize databases for high availability, scalability, and data integrity.
Collaborate with data and AI teams to integrate data insights into applications, enabling personalized user experiences.
Coordinate with content and community teams to deliver an integrated, tech-driven community experience.

Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience in full-stack development, with demonstrated skills in Python, Next.js, React Native, and AWS.
Proficiency in databases (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and experience with DevOps tools (e.g., Docker, CI/CD pipelines).
Experience with DynamoDB and working with graph databases such as Amazon Neptune.
Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment.
Experience integrating with data-driven applications.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in remote & in-person, cross-functional teams.
Innovative, creative problem-solving and analytical thinking to identify solutions that improve performance and enhance functionality.

More Information

Based in Metro Manila, Philippines
Hybrid setup
Full-time, 8-hour shifts (40 hours/week)
Monday to Friday, 1pm - 10pm (Philippines Standard Time)
