Compensation: $100/week + $200 commission for every property we purchase
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Pacific Time)
Breaks: 30-minute break + 1-hour lunch
Performance Goal
You are expected to bring in at least 2 properties for us to purchase every month.
Job Responsibilities
Cold Calling – Reach out to property owners to generate leads
Lead Qualification – Identify motivated sellers and gather property details
Appointment Setting – Schedule and follow up with potential sellers
CRM Management – Accurately document call outcomes in our system
Team Collaboration – Work closely with our team to close real estate deals
Requirements
Reliable computer with a strong internet connection
Fluent in English (clear and confident communication)
Webcam required for meetings and training sessions
Sales or cold calling experience is a plus but not required
