- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure successful placements.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in recruitment within an outsourcing agency
- Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and recruitment strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple job requisitions and meet hiring deadlines.
- Proficiency in Onlinejobs.PH and Skype for the Interview process
