We are looking for a highly skilled HR & Personal Assistant who is fast, efficient, and proactive—someone who not only completes tasks but gets things done ahead of time. HR is a crucial role, as hiring the right people can make or break a company. You must have the skills to find and recruit the absolute best talent online, even for the most challenging tasks.
This role also involves assisting the CEO with any task, whether it’s bookkeeping, P&L management, appointment scheduling, or finding the right service providers. You must be highly organized, resourceful, and able to solve problems quickly.
Start Date: Immediate
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 11:30 AM - 7:30 PM (AUSTRALIAN Time)
Saturday: 11:30 AM - 3:30 PM
???? Pay Rate: $8 AUD/hr (Promotions available)
Key Responsibilities:
? HR & Recruitment – Finding, screening, and hiring top-tier freelancers for various tasks
? Personal Assistant – Assisting the CEO with bookkeeping, P&Ls, scheduling, admin work, and problem-solving
? Other Tasks – Canva basics, managing communications, ensuring tasks are completed on time
