Job Responsibilities:
• Design and develop responsive websites using Hostinger and other hosting platforms.
• Handle website migrations efficiently without data loss or downtime.
• Customize and implement template-based designs to meet client requirements.
• Work with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other coding languages to enhance functionality.
• Utilize design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or Figma for website visuals.
• Integrate third-party tools and platforms like GoHighLevel when needed.
• Conduct quality assurance testing to ensure website performance and responsiveness.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and the Elevion team regarding project timelines and deliverables.
• Provide post-launch support and updates when necessary.
• Manage tasks and projects in ClickUp (a plus but not required).

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
• Website Completion Rate: Complete at least 90% of projects within the agreed-upon timeframe.
• Website Load Speed: Ensure all websites achieve a loading time of under 3 seconds.
• Client Satisfaction: Maintain a minimum of 85% positive feedback from clients.
• Bug Resolution: Address and resolve reported issues within 48 hours.
• Mobile Responsiveness: 100% of websites must be fully optimized for mobile devices.
• SEO Best Practices: Ensure all websites follow SEO guidelines, including metadata optimization and mobile-friendly design.

• Specific: Successfully design and launch at least 3 fully functional websites per month using template-based designs.
• Measurable: Improve website loading speed by at least 20% for all projects within the first three months.
• Achievable: Reduce website migration time to under 5 hours per project by streamlining processes and using automation tools.
• Relevant: Enhance user engagement by incorporating modern UX/UI design elements and interactive features.
• Time-Bound: Achieve a 90% on-time project completion rate within six months of hiring.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Proven experience in web design and development.
• Strong knowledge of Hostinger, WordPress, or similar hosting providers.
• Ability to manage website migrations efficiently.

• Experience using design/editing software such as Canva, Photoshop, Figma, or Adobe XD.
• Familiarity with GoHighLevel is a plus.
• Experience with ClickUp is a plus (preferred but not required).

• Ability to work on multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
