Appointment Setter

We are seeking a motivated, results-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our client’s insurance agency. Your primary responsibility will be prescreening potential clients and scheduling appointments that convert to closed sales. Compensation is strictly performance-based, rewarding VAs per closed client.

Responsibilities:

Contact provided leads via phone, email, or text.

Prescreen clients based on provided criteria (income, insurance needs, location, etc.).

Schedule and confirm qualified appointments.

Maintain accurate records of lead status and appointment results.

Communicate regularly with the client and Task Candi.

Participate in monthly check-ins to review progress.
