Sales and Marketing Representative

Core Job Role: Conduct outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers, promoting our properties that we need sold asap!

???? What You’ll Do:
? Pitch real estate deals to savvy buyers and understand how to negotiate effectively
?**Prepare compelling marketing materials** to showcase properties to our buyers
? **Coordinate property walk-throughs and showings** with realtors and investors (no conducting showings required!)
? Manage and grow a **pipeline of prospects** to drive sales
? Build and nurture relationships with **buyers, investors, and real estate professionals**
? Research and analyze properties on the **MLS** to identify opportunities
? **Create and execute marketing campaigns** via email, social media, and text
? Keep our **CRM system up to date** with buyer information and property details
? Support the sales team with **administrative and communication tasks**

???? What We’re Looking For:
???? **2-4 years of sales or marketing experience required** (real estate experience is a plus!)
???? Strong skills in **marketing content creation** (email campaigns, social media, etc.)
???? Tech-savvy with experience in **CRM tools, Google Suite, and MS Office**
???? A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for organization and efficiency
???? A professional and engaging attitude with excellent communication skills
