WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
We are NOT looking for someone who just edits videos. We are looking for a performance-driven, ROAS focused, DTC-experienced, E-Com knowledgable creative strategist/video-editor/graphic designer who can confidently produce winning creatives/ads for our
Has proven experience in e-commerce, direct-to-consumer brands, and Meta
Knows how to read the ad dashboard, spot winners and losers, and iterate quickly based on data — not guesswork.
Can think in hooks, angles, problem/solution narratives, and knows what makes an ad scale.
Has experience creating and repurposing UGC-style content and scroll-stopping static graphics.
Is not afraid to move fast, fail fast, and pivot immediately.
YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:
4–5 fully edited ad concepts per day (each = 1 finished video or graphic + 2-3 minor variations *hook/headline*)
Study the ad account daily and build fresh iterations based on performance.
It is YOUR job to analyze the data from our test launches (every Tuesday and Friday) and make it your sole mission to get ads that scale past a 2 ROAS.
There will be no hand-holding — you are expected to take initiative and own performance outcomes.
We launch ad tests every Tuesday & Friday, there must be 16 concepts ready for each test.
Communicate daily via Slack with clear reporting and next-day plans.
WHAT WE EXPECT:
Deep understanding of DTC, Meta ad structures, and creative iteration.
Ability to spot patterns, pivot fast, and deliver without being told twice.
No shiny, over-produced ad content — raw, relatable, fast-paced content only.
Extreme accountability — if something isn’t working, you propose a solution.
