Klaviyo Email Marketing Expert

Are you a Klaviyo expert with a strong background in e-commerce, email, and SMS marketing? Do you know how to craft high-converting sequences that drive sales? If so, we want to work with you.

We are a fast-growing dropshipping e-commerce brand in the health & beauty niche looking for a full-time email & SMS marketing specialist who can generate at least 20% of our revenue through these channels. This role is for someone who understands conversion psychology and can build email flows, SMS campaigns, and automation sequences that turn subscribers into customers.

What We Offer:
- Base salary of $1,000 + commissions – Earn more based on performance
- Full-time position (40 hours/week) | 8 AM - 4 PM CET
- Remote work with a team of e-commerce professionals
- Emails & SMS campaigns will target international audiences (Example: German, Swedish market)
- Collaboration with a proofreader specific to each target language to ensure messaging aligns with the audience

What We’re Looking For:
- Klaviyo expert – Strong experience with email & SMS marketing, including flows, automations, segmentation, and A/B testing
- Proven track record in increasing e-commerce revenue through email & SMS campaigns
- Portfolio with results – Show us how your strategies have driven revenue
- Strategic thinker – You understand how both email and SMS fit into the broader marketing strategy
- Strong copywriting skills – You know how to write emails and SMS messages that convert
- Self-starter, proactive, and results-driven – We need someone who takes ownership
- Excellent communication & teamwork skills – You’ll work with proofreaders and the marketing team
