Role: Lead Manager (Client Acquisition & Conversion Expert)
We are seeking a high-level Lead Manager with proven expertise in lead generation, conversion, and system optimization. This role is NOT for beginners. We are hiring an expert who can take full ownership of our client acquisition pipeline, ensuring a seamless, predictable, and scalable lead-to-client process.
As a key player in JaySko Capital, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and executing a structured lead management system that attracts, nurtures, and converts leads into paying clients. You must be a self-starter, accountable, and committed to driving consistent daily results—without needing constant oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Management & Conversion: Own the full client journey from lead to closed deal. Ensure leads are nurtured, followed up with, and moved through the pipeline efficiently.
- Automation & System Oversight: Monitor and manage lead automations, ensuring smooth transitions between automated messages and manual follow-ups.
- Follow-Up & Relationship Building: Execute strategic follow-up processes to increase lead engagement and conversion rates.
- Daily KPI Tracking & Reporting: Maintain performance metrics, track daily conversions, and provide insights on improving close rates.
- Lead Pipeline Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in the lead system and proactively offer solutions to improve efficiency and conversion.
- Full Alignment with Company Vision & Leadership: Submit fully to the company’s mission, values, and leadership structure, operating as a long-term tea

What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Proven experience in lead management, client conversion, or high-ticket sales.

- Ability to work U.S. hours & commit fully to the role.
