We are seeking an experienced and passionate WordPress Developer with over 5 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for a highly skilled professional who excels in theme customization, plugin development, and WooCommerce integration. The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver with a strong technical background, capable of delivering optimized, secure, and scalable WordPress solutions remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

WordPress Development:
Design, develop, and customize WordPress themes and plugins from scratch to meet specific project requirements.
Build and enhance WooCommerce functionalities, ensuring seamless e-commerce performance.
Write clean, efficient, and scalable PHP code with a focus on best practices.

Site Optimization and Maintenance:
Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues on existing WordPress sites.
Optimize websites for speed, security, and scalability using industry-standard tools and techniques.
Manage WordPress installations, updates, and server-side configurations.

Technical Expertise:
Integrate custom APIs and manage databases to support advanced functionality.
Handle server management tasks related to hosting environments and domain configurations.
Ensure adherence to security best practices in all development projects.

Collaboration and Innovation:
Work independently or collaboratively to deliver high-quality solutions that align with business goals.
Stay updated on the latest WordPress trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve deliverables.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of professional WordPress development experience.
Proven expertise in custom plugin development and theme customization.
Strong proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
In-depth knowledge of WooCommerce and its ecosystem.
Hands-on experience with server management, WordPress installations, and performance optimization.
Familiarity with custom APIs, database management, and WordPress security standards.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment with excellent time management.
A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
