About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Sales Executive with a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in digital marketing sales and be well-versed in tactics such as geofencing, retargeting, and OTT/CTV advertising. This is an exciting opportunity to drive revenue growth while earning a competitive compensation package with performance-based bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to secure new business and expand existing accounts.
Present and educate potential clients on digital marketing solutions, including geofencing, retargeting, and OTT/CTV.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Conduct needs assessments to identify client goals and develop tailored marketing solutions.
Meet and exceed sales targets, with a focus on driving revenue growth.
Collaborate with the internal marketing and account management teams to ensure seamless onboarding and campaign execution.
Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in digital marketing sales or a related field.
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including geofencing, retargeting, and OTT/CTV.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
Comfortable with CRM platforms and sales tracking tools.

Compensation and Benefits:
