Shopify Theme Editor and Admin Assistant

Looking for a VA with a good level of experience building and maintaining websites in Shopify. The role is not full time but will have ongoing responsibilities along with periods of more work during seasonal periods when the website needs updating frequently.

The candidate should be:

- Familiar with Shopify theme editor, updating and modifying text and images, launching new product collections, pages and assigning products to collections, transferring collection pages between stores.

- Should be comfortable copy and pasting code sections from shopify code editor into our replica stores in other geographies when new design updates are published by our team.

- Will Help with the management of outsourced developers via upwork and supporting with the migration of web pages from one site to another. QAing migrated pages, links imagery.

Ongoing maintenance work will include:
- Redirecting broken links / 404s.

- Refreshing creative assets - videos / imagery on all online stores during seasonal events.

- Refreshing review feeds via Okendo reviews platform

- Optimising / resizing / compressing images to web appropriate dimensions and file sizes and uploading them to shopify stores when provided
- checking for out of stock products
- regular user testing of the site to ensure everything is working as expected.
