WordPress Gutenberg/PHP/CSS Developer

We are looking for a senior web developer for our growing digital marketing agency based in the United States.

This individual needs to be competent with WordPress Gutenberg / creating custom WordPress Gutenberg Themes from scratch (PHP, HTML, and CSS); NOT with a web-based template builder, like DIVI. You must be fluent in the following languages: html css and php.

Bonus: Familiar with Google Analytics, GA4 tracking codes, Cloudflare, Google Search Console, and Google Ads tracking as well.

This is both a technical role and a design role. It will require some creativity and critical thinking.

Because we are a tight team this person needs to be extremely fluent in English and have the ability to duplicate technical instructions well.

About us:
We are a digital marketing company based out of Oregon, United States. We focus on helping fence contractors to build their businesses online. One of our co-founders is a 20 year + WordPress developer and needs help with building the infrastructure of our company.

Schedule:
You will need to be able to work in Pacific Standard Time.

Pay:
This role requires a lot of experience and you will be compensated fairly for your work. Likely this role will land in the $6-$8/hr range depending on the quality of work you produce.

How it works:
1. We will send you a survey with a small code challenge.
2. We will do a paid trial so we can experience working together. If that goes well then we will move to a part time role and grow your hours as the trust and communication grows. This is NOT a full time position today, but could be eventually
