Job Overview:
We are looking for a data-driven SEO & CRO Specialist to help optimize our e-commerce store’s search visibility and conversion rates. This role will focus on bringing in organic traffic and ensuring it converts into sales, using SEO best practices and A/B testing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
SEO:
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies.
Optimize on-page SEO, including meta titles, descriptions, and content.
Improve technical SEO (site speed, schema, structured data).
Optimize blog content for higher rankings and engagement.
Develop a link-building strategy to increase domain authority.
Monitor website performance and fix SEO issues (crawling, indexing, etc.).
Stay updated on Google algorithm changes and SEO trends.
CRO:
Conduct website audits to identify conversion bottlenecks.
Implement A/B testing for product pages, checkout flows, and landing pages.
Optimize user experience (UX/UI) to improve conversion rates.
Improve CTA placements, button designs, and sales copy.
Use heatmaps, session recordings, and customer feedback for data-driven optimizations.
Develop and optimize post-purchase upsell and cross-sell flows.
Track and report key metrics (conversion rates, AOV, abandonment rates).
Requirements:
Proven experience in SEO, CRO, and UX/UI optimization (preferably for e-commerce).
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar tools.
Experience with A/B testing tools (Google Optimize, Optimizely, VWO, etc.).
Strong knowledge of Shopify (preferred but not mandatory).
Understanding of customer psychology & persuasion techniques.
Ability to provide data-driven insights and clear action plans.
