Work Hours and Schedule for PH: Night Shift 9:00PM to 6:00am PH (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST - Monday to Friday)
Work Schedule for US: Mon-Fri
Work Duration: Full-time (40 hours per week)
Rate: Negotiable base on experience

Description/Information:
The Sales Account Representative will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing sales to drive business growth for UCBPalletSolutions. This role involves cold calling, email outreach, and negotiations to secure new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts. The representative will manage sales pipelines, track activities in a CRM, generate quotes, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Success in this role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and a results-driven mindset to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
•Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
•Build and maintain long-term client relationships, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
•Maintain an active pipeline of qualified leads, ensuring a consistent flow of opportunities to the sales team to prevent any sales funnel bottlenecks.
•Collaborate with Business Development team and divisions within UCBEnvironmental to refine lead generation strategies.
•Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with leads and prospects in the CRM system.

Qualifications:
•2+ years of extensive Sales experience
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with potential clients.
•Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
•Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
•Motivated self-starter with a proactive approach to achieving goals.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software preferred.
•Experience in the pallet industry is a plus but not required.
• Capable of managing pricing, generating quotes, and analyzing account data.
