Your Role
As our Virtual Assistant, you will play a key role in managing daily operations, client interactions, and marketing support to help grow Walker AI. You’ll work directly with the founder to execute high-impact tasks and ensure everything runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Follow-Up & Client Management – Respond to inquiries, schedule calls, and assist with onboarding clients & trades.
Marketing & Social Media Support – Assist with ad campaigns, email marketing, and social media updates.
Admin & Operations – Manage calendars, data entry, and handle routine business tasks.
Website & Landing Page Updates – Help ensure content is accurate and optimized.
AI-Powered Automation Support – Use AI tools (Zoho, Jasper AI, SurferSEO, ChatGPT) to optimize workflows.
Research & Reporting – Provide insights on market trends, competitors, and marketing performance.
