Virtual Assistant Position – Part-Time

I’m a travel photographer and creative entrepreneur running multiple businesses, including:

Additionally, I work as a UGC creator/video editor and manage 2 creative rental spaces on Peerspace.

I’m looking for a proactive, motivated, and highly organized VA to help streamline operations and bring in more work. You will play a critical role in handling admin, lead generation, social media, PR, and pre-production for shoots.

Examples of Responsibilities:

Social Media & Content
• Edit reels (CapCut or similar)
• Prepare social media posts
• Upload prints to the website

Client & Admin Tasks
• Send invoices & handle emails
• Calendar management & follow-ups with past clients
• Manage Upwork – track leads, proposals, and outreach
• Manage my Peerspace bookings
• Upload my images to Stills (a photo licensing platform)

Lead Generation & PR
• Generate new client leads (brands, agencies, tourism boards)
• Land travel collaborations (hotels, adventure experiences)
• Outreach to podcasts, magazines, and PR opportunities
• Create moodboards & proposals

Growth & Optimization
• SEO for blogs and website
• Write & upload blog posts

Ideal Candidate:

• Perfect written and spoken English (capable of copywriting)
• Self-starter who can work independently without micromanagement
• Experience in social media management (Instagram/TikTok/YT Shorts)
• Basic video editing (CapCut or similar)
• Familiarity with Canva for graphics/moodboards
• Comfortable with cold outreach & lead gen (email & DM strategy)
