JOB OVERVIEW

RSMC Services is seeking a highly motivated Offshore Recruiter to support the recruitment of
dental professionals for clients across the US. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening,
and coordinating candidates, ensuring a strong talent pipeline to meet the staffing needs of dental
practices. The ideal candidate has experience in high-volume recruitment, strong
communication skills, and proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and
sourcing tools. This is a fast-paced, performance-driven role that requires excellent organizational
skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with onshore recruiters and
hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Source, screen, and assess candidates for open positions.
• Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and Boolean
searches.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with hiring teams to understand job requirements and deliver top-tier
candidates.
• Track and report recruitment metrics for continuous process improvement.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Onshore Recruiter Manager
1. Sourcing & Candidate Pipeline
o Source and pre-screen qualified dental professionals (Dentists, Hygienists,
Assistants, Front Office Staff).
o Maintain a high submission-to-interview ratio, ensuring high-quality candidates are
sent to the onshore team.
o Build and maintain a pipeline of active pre-vetted candidates at any given time.
2. Speed & Efficiency
o Maintain a candidate turnaround time of 24-48 hours from sourcing to submission.
o Ensure 100?ta accuracy in applicant tracking systems (ATS), maintaining
complete candidate profiles and documentation.
o Ensure timely coordination between candidates and hiring managers.
3. Placement & Hiring Performance
o Ensure high placement rate for submitted candidates.
o Ensure 80% of placed candidates remain in their roles beyond 90 days, improving
retention for onshore clients.
o Reduce time-to-fill vacancies by meeting staffing demands efficiently.
4. Candidate & Client Experience
o Ensure 100% compliance with U.S. hiring policies, US labor laws, and credentialing
requirements.
o Provide weekly recruitment reports with clear updates on sourcing, pipeline, and
hiring progress.
5. Team Collaboration & Communication
o Maintain a response time of under 2 hours for all recruiter inquiries and hiring team
requests.
o Attend and actively participate in weekly recruiter meetings and training sessions
to enhance skills and market knowledge.
o Ensure smooth coordination with onshore recruiters, hiring managers, and clients.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare, dental, or high-
volume staffing.

• Candidate Sourcing: Strong ability to source, screen, and engage candidates using
LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and Boolean searches.
• Recruitment Process Knowledge: Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle,
from sourcing to placement.
• Technology Proficiency: Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS),
LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruitment CRM tools.
• Communication & Relationship Building: Excellent English communication skills to
engage candidates and coordinate with onshore recruiters.
• Data Accuracy & ATS Management: Ability to maintain 100?curacy in
candidate data entry and status updates.

• Speed & Efficiency: Strong ability to meet daily and weekly hiring targets while
maintaining high-quality candidate submissions.
• Collaboration & Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a remote setting,
coordinating with offshore and onshore teams.

• Results-Driven: Ability to meet submission, interview, and placement goals in a fast-
paced environment.

• Adaptability & Problem-Solving: Ability to handle high-volume hiring needs while
ensuring a positive candidate experience.
