Full-Time Virtual Assistant for Two Life Coaches!

Two life coaches, one mission – helping women transform their lives.

We are Sophie White (Balance Bees) and Amy (Passion from Pain). While we have different approaches, we work together on many projects and are looking for one virtual assistant to support both of our businesses.

Who We Are & What We Need:
Sophie (Balance Bees):
Focus: Books & Courses – She has three courses, a published book, and a second book launching soon.
Tasks: Social media marketing, community engagement, email & course management.

Amy (Passion from Pain):
Focus: Podcast & Video – She has two courses and runs a podcast.
Tasks: Social media marketing, podcast support (editing & scheduling), video content assistance.

We Work on Many Projects Together – We’d love to share a VA for now, with the possibility of hiring multiple VAs as we grow!

Ideal Candidate:
Strong skills in social media marketing & engagement
Familiar with course platforms, podcasting, and video editing (or willing to learn)
Organized, proactive, and passionate about women’s empowerment
