JOB OVERVIEW

Responsibilities:
- Proactive candidate sourcing (cold calls, resume mining).
- Candidate pre-screening and license verification.
- Job posting and management.
- Email and text campaign execution.
- Interview scheduling and coordination.
- Exit interview administration.
- Offer letter preparation and extension.
- Talent pipeline development.
- Onboarding follow-up with candidates and clients.
- Database management and administrative tasks.

Skill Set:
- Mastery of English language with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications with ability to quickly learn and utilize related software
- Ability to text through company provided Webex or other system
- Maintain professional image
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge and sensitivity to client relations
- Exemplary organizational skills
- Keen sense of urgency and time management
- Ability to multitask and efficiently manage multiple candidates at a time
- Outgoing and confident in expressing their ideas and opinions.

Requirements:
- Full-Time Commitment: Must be available for full-time employment and not have conflicting commitments with other companies.
- Human Resources Experience: Demonstrated familiarity with HR processes and prior experience in human resources is required.
- Technology Requirements: Must possess their own laptop or desktop computer equipped with dual monitors and a reliable internet connection.
- Communication Equipment: Must have their own web camera and headset.
- Availability: Must be available to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM U.S. Time.
