Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily activities of the operations team, including project managers, account managers, and different departments.
• Monitor workloads and ensure optimal team performance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new teaUpgrade to see actual infombers within the operations department.
• Create detailed SOPs.
• Schedule projects and ensure assignments are carried out as planned.
• Draw up reports regarding operations in the company and pass them to top management whenever requested.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications:
• Must be located in or near Manila (Luzon preferred).
• BPO agency experience is required, with at least 2 years in an Operations Management role within one of their companies.
• Shopify background is a plus.
• Software fluency: ClickUp, Slack, GSuite, & Excel.
• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable hopping on video calls is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills is required.
