****Role Overview****
As our Logistic & Operations Specialist, you will manage supplier relations, optimize logistics processes, and ensure that our products are manufactured to the highest standard and delivered seamlessly to customers. This role requires close coordination with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

This is a full-time role, six days a week.

*****Responsibilities*****

**Production & Sourcing Management**
Identify and manage relationships with leading factories in China for glass and packaging production
Oversee quality control to ensure all products meet premium standards
Lead product improvements, from material selection to packaging enhancements

**Logistics & Inventory Control**
Oversee global shipments, ensuring smooth coordination with logistics providers and fulfillment centers
Track inventory levels and forecast demand based on data-driven insights
Ensure timely order fulfillment and support field agents in meeting delivery KPIs
Handle returns and customer shipment issues, providing fast and effective solutions

**Supplier & Contract Management**
Negotiate pricing and contracts with factories and logistics providers
Work with suppliers to optimize terms and reduce costs while maintaining high quality
Identify and onboard new suppliers when needed to prevent supply chain disruptions
Operational Efficiency & Problem-Solving

Identify opportunities to cut costs, improve processes, and test new logistics strategies
Work with new factories and suppliers to ensure business continuity and efficiency
Resolve unexpected logistics challenges, such as shipping delays, product shortages, or quality issues

****What We’re Looking For****

**Experience & Knowledge**
3+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or production management
Strong background in sourcing, factory relations, and contract negotiations
Knowledge of international shipping and logistics (China to US/EU preferred)
Experience managing Shopify logistics and e-commerce fulfillment

**Technical Skills**
Google Sheets & Excel expert – advanced formulas, data analysis, and forecasting
Familiarity with logistics software, inventory tracking, and supplier management tools
Understanding of quality control processes and product design improvements

**Mindset & Soft Skills**
Detail-oriented and highly organized – ensuring flawless production and order execution
Proactive problem solver – ability to identify and resolve logistics challenges quickly
Strong English communication skills – ability to coordinate with global suppliers and internal teams
Fast learner and multitasker – comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
