Key Responsibilities
- 3D Jewelry Modeling & Design: Create detailed, production-ready 3D jewelry models based on sketches and design direction. - - Ensure accurate scaling and refine models as needed.
- Manufacturing Preparation: Develop high-quality 3D files, technical jewelry packs, and specifications to meet production standards.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with the lead designer and manufacturers to ensure design feasibility, troubleshoot challenges, and align with brand aesthetics.

Required Qualifications
- With at least 2-3 years of experience in 3D Jewelry Design
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as Rhino, ZBrush, MatrixGold, or equivalent.
- Experience in creating technical packs for manufacturing.
- Knowledge of rendering software for high-quality visual presentations.
- Strong attention to detail and technical accuracy.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in the jewelry industry.
- Experience in jewelry prototyping and working with manufacturers.
- Strong understanding of RARE-ROMANCE’s edgy and modern design language.
