Personal Assistant (English and Artistic)

This is a fun, varied job PA role that focuses on artistic skills. It is almost exclusively work from home. The role will optionally involve substantial training aimed at wage growth. One of the two owners is a trained teacher and leading personal development expert who will personally train/coach you.

Requirements:

100% fluent in English and Tagalog, both written and spoken.
Strong Artistic talent
Able to follow instructions
Consistently working internet and a laptop
Enjoy learning

Core tasks include:

Creating beautiful Photobooks
Infographics for our personal development business Optimizing Life
Social media posting

Other tasks

Layout and design work in Canva
Job application screening
Optionally scouting for real estate opportunities (only if you live in Luzon)
Optionally checking on store locations and helping stores set up (only if you live near big malls)
Optionally, billboard and local marketing
Optionally assisting in setting up a silk garments business
Your own idea

The role involves working somewhat flexible hours with a friendly team in any location (although Luzon is preferred for certain opportunities). If you demonstrate success, we will promote you to a senior role after a year. Extensive coaching from the CEO (a professional life coach) is included.
