We are seeking a driven and innovative individual to join our team as a UGC & Ad Research Specialist. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for researching and sourcing high-quality User-Generated Content (UGC), as well as analyzing and replicating successful ad creatives. You will work closely with our creative team to scale our ad production efficiently and effectively, ensuring we drive engagement and achieve measurable results.
As a UGC & Ad Research Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Finding and negotiating with UGC creators to scale production in a cost-effective and timely manner.
- Conducting deep research using spy tools like Minea, FB Ad Library, and TikTok Creative Center to find high-performing ads (videos/VSLs and static photos).
- Briefing the creative team (scriptwriters and video editors) clearly on how to replicate successful ad concepts and ensure a fast turnaround.
- Managing the creative pipeline for efficient and rapid ad testing to continuously optimize campaigns.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in UGC management and ad research, specifically using tools like Minea, FB Ad Library, and TikTok Creative Center.
- Strong coordination skills to collaborate with scriptwriters and video editors to replicate winning ad concepts effectively.
- Ability to manage high volumes of ad creatives and keep a steady flow of fresh content.
- Excellent research skills with a sharp eye for identifying trends and high-converting ads.
