We are looking for a detail-oriented Technical Administration Assistant in the Philippines to accurately update and maintain Technical Compliance Data Sheets (TDS) for our client, a leading provider in the colour industry in Australia. The successful candidate will gather, verify, and input data from multiple sources while adhering strictly to client-provided guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Regularly update and maintain technical compliance data sheets, specifically Technical Data Sheets (TDS).
Source and collate technical data from various internal and external resources.
Verify accuracy and completeness of technical information before updating records.
Follow precise instructions provided by the client to ensure data integrity and compliance.
Organise, store, and manage documentation effectively for ease of access and retrieval.
Communicate and collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies or issues in data.
Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive technical and client information.
Assist in periodic audits by ensuring all technical documents are current and compliant.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in an administrative or data entry role, preferably within a technical, manufacturing, or compliance-oriented environment.
A relevant degree in Administration or equivalent
Excellent attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
Ability to source, interpret, and validate technical data from multiple sources.
Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to follow instructions meticulously and work independently.
A basic understanding of technical compliance or regulatory documentation is advantageous but not mandatory.
