We are looking for a highly motivated Community Growth & Engagement Specialist to help grow an exciting online project. Your role will focus on building engagement in relevant communities and driving interest through organic discussions.

Responsibilities:
- Engage in Facebook Groups, Reddit, Discord, and online forums related to puzzles, quizzes, and competitions
- Spark conversations, ask engaging questions, and build interest in a natural way
- Engage with YouTube videos and discussions to drive interaction
- Identify new communities and platforms where potential users are active
- Track engagement efforts and optimize based on performance

What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent written English – natural, engaging communication style
- Experience in online communities (Reddit, Facebook Groups, Discord, forums)
- Self-motivated & proactive – ability to work independently
- Interest in puzzles, brain teasers, or competitive communities is a plus
