We’re now looking for a Legal Technology Implementation Specialist to help us test, fine-tune, and roll out this system across our firm.
This role is perfect for someone who understands legal processes (criminal law in particular), loves working with systems, and enjoys helping people embrace new technology.
What You'll Be Doing:
• Systematically testing the database to ensure all legal processes and workflows run smoothly
• Liaising with our software development team to report bugs and suggest improvements
• Managing and inputting key data—forms, templates, workflows, and information essential to criminal law files
• Creating user-friendly guides, resources, and training videos for our staff
• Assisting staff with onboarding to the new system, offering hands-on support and troubleshooting
• Providing feedback on how to optimize the system for legal practice efficiency
Exciting Future Projects:
Once the database is fully implemented, we’ll be moving forward with the development of an AI-powered Criminal Law Bot. This next phase will focus on creating a smart assistant capable of helping with case law research, document generation, and other cutting-edge functions to enhance our practice.
The right candidate will be excited by innovation, eager to play a role in shaping this AI tool, and keen to work alongside developers and legal professionals to bring it to life.
What We're Looking For:
• Experience in the legal industry (paralegal, law clerk, legal admin, or similar) is a plus
• Strong understanding (or ability to learn quickly) of criminal law processes
• Strong understanding of CMS, CRM, cloud-based systems, task management systems and workflows.
• Tech-savvy and highly organized
• Exceptional attention to detail and systematic thinking
• Confident communicator who can train and support tea
• Experience testing or working with legal software systems is a bonus
• Comfortable liaising with software developers and understanding basic software testing procedures (training provided if needed)
• An interest in legal technology and AI, with a passion for innovation in legal practice

• A large monitor (or dual screens) to comfortably manage workflows and testing
